just got an email from work saying i need to sign off on something

as my contract doesnt expire till the end of next month... i was not expecting it to be a new contract

turns out i get a slight payrise and am now expected to stay on till august next year at least

i might be slightly shocked by that.

Congratulations mate.

Oh and you guys have messed with my head.

I was talking to a Polish friend’s German son (ye’, I know) today (he’s over here for the week) and found myself coming out with half the German words I was using, being Dutch. His English is pretty great but would occasionally drift into German, of which half my German was drifting further still, into Dutch. Doh. Lol. ;)

I was c atching myself speaking Dutch in the end and when I did was speaking French. on the way home we bumped into his Polish auntie that lives in the U.K. and speaking Polish to her.

So my brain got a work out today.

but for the next month orso ill just be trying to save some money...portugal pretty much ate my savings

nexts years trip looks to be crete... should be cheaper as theres some family friends over there
